Angel in Loving Memory - 1991-2005

Tomorrow will mark the second year sence Angel died from cancer.

I still miss her so very much. She is the reason that I have done some cat rescue's, I had never planned to or even wanted to. In her Memory I do these thing's, the name of our rescue is Angel's Meadow.

Hello again,

It has been a long time sence I have written.

So much has happen and most of it has not been good it is hard to keep writing about bad things so I just don't write.

A summory of the past several months are.

Pain Dr. was a joke.

Endded up finding Dr. was sent to another Dr. about my shoulder, and found out I need surgery. It is really messed up. So surgery was to be done on March 14th.

Recived a phone call from Fl. and had to go get my friend who has been a heart adopted Mom to me,and her cats as she has altzhimers.

She and her cats live with me,my cats and our horses.

Surgery post poned.

Sence I have a cat rescue I am taking care of 29 cats,three horse's and

Mom. Sometimes I even take care of myself.

I asked for some help with some cat food and litter from people who are supossed to give a helping hand and they came and dropped off a couple bags of stuff and then without ever coming into my home turned me in to the Government for abusing my Mom. ( twice)

When the state worker and animal control came out here they found both reports to be lies but my stress level and anger is rather high.

Mom's adopted son has P.O.A. and is not sending enough money to help pay her share of household expense's,buy her personal needs and food so each month I end up going backwards in my bills.

So I pray,swear and lose sleep,the pain is getting worse each day,yet I have to keep on going, thier are too many life's depending on me.

But I do know it could get worse and I know those people from BCHS will turn me in again. I pray for God's Mercy for them as I know that you will REAP what you SOW.!

Feb. ,almost spring?

Hi

Here it is Another month halfway over,I haven't been blogging in quite awhile. I just haven't been up to it . As someone once said Frankly my dear I just don't give a damn! or as I would say I've been lower then a snakes belly and still have the room to stand up. Sense coming to Ky . I haven't been able to find a Dr. that has the balls or maybe it's the knowledge to treat hep. c, fibromyliga, arthritis,and chronic pain syndrome and now there are three more that have shown up,ie; torn rotor cuff,carpel tunnel,fluid build up along tendon. So i have been living with major pain for the past few months 24/7 and it is getting to me. What they did was send me to a shrink for drug dependency,that's a joke if I was a druggie I could get medicine and not need a Dr's help to deal with this stuff. So anyway I take care of my cats and horses and whatever else I need to and that's it. I figure that somewhere and maybe its a Dr. that I have found close by that's supposed to work with chronic pain people. I see him next week. (at this time I pretty much distrust Dr.s and kinda hate them.)

If you have ever done drugs in your past(36 years ago) don't ever tell your Dr.s when you see them as they figure you can't stay clean for that long,and it is held against you forever. On the form you have to fill out before they treat you check NO to the question have you ever used drugs. They have taught me that you have to lie to get help. It is funny though,the people that I know that still use once in a while have no problems getting drugs that they don't need. They have offered me some to help me but I have said no, because of the liver problem.( I should have said no to a tattoo in the 70's, cause of the Hep. C)

Anyway i had to blow off some of my anger,and now its almost time to go and feed the critters.

Dec. when did it get here?

Hello,
Where does the time go,last time I looked it was Nov.
It has been a interesting month, some great times and some really bad times. My van broke down(major) so I no longer have transportion and no way of getting anything. I have my horses but no saddle or bridel yet.
But I do have good friends and family and all my little furry friends so my life is good.
I love living in Ky. and am happy with my choice to move here. I'm home!
All the cats have been sick with URI and that has been and still is a battle but I am hoping that soon it will be under control.
My cusions and thier little dog, from Gaylord MI. have moved in with me so we have quite the household and are never bored.
Any way thats all the updates I have for now, take care and have a Merry Christmas.

Hi,
I hope that everyone is enjoying this day.
It is sunny here and will be a nice day. After all the rain we have had i am looking forward to several sunny days in a row. So are the cats and horses. The horses will like having a dry paddock and I will too.
We are looking forward to turkey and all the trimmings.
It has been a rough year , but yet there is so much to be Thankful for.
Family, good friends,all of my fur family ,freedom, nature and the peacefulness of the land around me, birds singing, deer and turkey strolling across the pasture.
May you find all that you are seeking within yourself to fill you with peace and joy.

Here it is Sept. Already

Hi, I can't believe that I haven't written in here sense May. A lot has happened, septic system kept messing up.(fixed now I hope) The brakes went on my van,fixed but need some minor work yet. Puff and Pathom had kittens,they are six months and five months old. Puff got away before we could get her to the vets and her second litter and Puff are in my bedroom. She had four in each litter.
I own a horse and a half.My friend and I own a stallion(soon to be a gelding.) Mo`Biscuit is Five and he is 14 hands tall. My filly, Star is 2,she will be three in May, she is 15 hands tall (60 inches) and a Tennessee Walking horse. Those two and my friends horse, KoKo ,a five year old TWH will be staying in my pasture. So I have a full house and a lot to keep me busy. I love it .

A walk down the lane

Yesterday was one of those days that you wish you had stayed in bed,everything that could go wrong did.
Towards evening I decided to take a walk down the lane and take some pictures. It helped to clear my head and bring some peace to the turmoil deep inside. And life goes on, you just have to remember to take the time to smell the flowers along the way and refresh your soul.
